Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times (United States)
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@sleepwellstore.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address
SleepWell Store is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
